Training for Volunteers
Theme
- The study-group has been analyzing on the Volunteers’ phenomena in Europe: training and Educational policies for volunteers, organizational aspects, international coordination
- The study-group also has observed the necessity of a common guidelines for design general and specific Degree, train for trainers courses, professional training paths and valorise the experience of existing School/Education System all over Europe, starting from the EVA partners
Final goal
- Definition of volunteers: people belonging to associations/organization of Civil Protection on voluntary basis
- Provide volunteers (organisations and individuals) with the full access to the information on the relevant activities in the Member States
- Identify best practices and methods for training volunteers
- Develop, where appropriate new tools and procerdures to promote integration of volunteers in the national/local CP training system
